Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by a clear statement sent by email to:

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Once your withdrawal request has been received, you must return the goods within 14 days. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. :::
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- If the customer changes their mind within 30 days of purchase.

- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the buyer covers the return shipping costs.

Responsibility for Taxes:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed on the returned item when it arrives back in the EU.
- These costs will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
- To minimize potential fees, we recommend clearly labeling the return package as "RETURNED GOODS" and including the original purchase invoice.

4. Non-Refundable Items:
- Items that have been installed or used, unless defective.
- Items returned without prior notification to us.
- If sealed parts were removed from its original packaging seal (excludes unsealed)
5. Refund Processing:
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Any applicable customs fees or taxes will be deducted before issuing the refund.
