Product Description
Factory-original high-pressure hydraulic front brake hose assembly. Connects the right handlebar front brake master cylinder directly down to the front brake caliper on classic Gilera Runner 2-stroke and 4-stroke maxi-scooter platforms. Features factory-crimped metal banjo end fittings for expansion-resistant hydraulic pressure transfer.

Fitment Details
Drain and bleed the front hydraulic brake fluid system prior to disassembly. Disconnect the upper banjo bolt at the front master cylinder and the lower banjo bolt at the front wheel brake caliper assembly. Replace all copper crush washers with new M10 sealing rings upon reassembly. Route the hose through the internal steering column and front fender guides to prevent binding or chafing during suspension compression and lock-to-lock steering, torque banjo bolts to factory specifications, refill with fresh DOT 4 fluid, and thoroughly bleed all air from the system.
