Product Description
Factory-original molded rubber transmission cooling air bellows. Fits onto the front inlet neck of the variator crankcase cover on 50cc 2-stroke Gilera and Piaggio scooters (including Purejet fuel-injected models), channeling clean cooling air into the transmission belt housing while keeping road debris and moisture out of the drive belt assembly.

Fitment Details
Check old rubber for hardening, cracks, or split seams that can allow dirt into the transmission casing. Press the flexible rubber connector onto the crankcase variator cover inlet snout and align it with the chassis cooling duct, ensuring the sealing lips sit flush over the mounting flange. Secure with the original wire clamp to ensure a dust-tight seal.
