Product Description
Factory-original molded black rubber variator cooling bellows. Specifically designed for second-generation (RST / Restyling) Gilera Runner 4-stroke models with updated chassis prefix frames. Connects the variator outer crankcase cover inlet duct to the frame cooling air channel, routing fresh cooling air into the transmission housing to manage drive belt temperatures while keeping road spray and road debris out.
(Note on distinction vs. part 479707 / 622214: While early Runner 4T models used early-style intake ducts, 622214 is the revised OEM part designed specifically for second-generation Gilera Runner RST bodywork and chassis configurations).

Fitment Details
Inspect old rubber for splits, hardening, or cracking around the sealing lips. Slide the flexible rubber boot over the crankcase cover cooling duct and line it up flush against the inner frame channel connector. Secure with the original tension wire clamp to ensure a dust- and water-tight seal.
