Product Description

Factory-original electric fuel level sender unit with integrated float mechanism. Mounts directly into the top opening of the fuel tank to measure gasoline levels and send variable resistance signals to the analog dash instrument cluster gauge. Equipped with a multi-pin connector plug and a rubber sealing ring to isolate fuel vapors.

Fitment Details

Disconnect the electrical harness plug and remove the locking ring or mounting screws securing the old unit in the tank. Lift out the original float assembly, clear any debris around the tank mounting neck, and insert the new unit using a fresh rubber O-ring gasket. Align the orientation tab flush with the tank notch before securing the locking collar to ensure proper float arm travel and prevent fuel vapor leaks.
