Product Description
Factory-original high-pressure front hydraulic brake line hose assembly. Transmits hydraulic fluid pressure directly from the handlebar front brake master cylinder down to the front single-disc brake caliper on Gilera Stalker and Typhoon 50cc series scooters. Features factory-crimped end fittings for expansion-resistant hydraulic pressure transfer.

Fitment Details
Drain and bleed the hydraulic brake fluid system prior to removal. Disconnect the upper banjo fitting at the front brake master cylinder and the lower fitting at the front caliper, replacing all copper crush washers with new M10 sealing rings upon reassembly. Route the hose through original steering column and fork guides to prevent pinching or binding during full lock-to-lock steering or suspension travel, torque fitting bolts to factory specification, refill with fresh DOT 4 fluid, and thoroughly bleed all air from the system.
