Product Description
Factory-original high-pressure hydraulic brake line hose assembly. Connects the central combined braking system (CBS) distributor/proportioning valve directly down to the front left brake caliper on large-frame Piaggio Beverly and BV maxi-scooters. Features factory-crimped end fittings and protective outer sleeve to withstand high hydraulic fluid pressures without expansion.

Fitment Details
Drain and bleed the hydraulic brake system completely prior to removal. Disconnect the upper banjo fitting at the central proportioning valve/distributor block and the lower banjo fitting at the front left brake caliper assembly. Replace all copper sealing washers with new M10 rings upon reassembly. Route the rigid and flexible sections along the original frame and fork leg guides to ensure no binding occurs during full lock-to-lock steering or front suspension travel. Torque banjo bolts to spec, refill with fresh DOT 4 brake fluid, and thoroughly bleed all air from the front left and linked braking circuits.
