Note: This belt features dimensions of 804mm x 17.5mm x 8mm. It is designed for 2-stroke air-cooled engines and is not compatible with later 4-stroke or long-case variants.

Fitment Details

This belt is a direct OEM replacement for the variator assembly. Ensure the variator faces are thoroughly cleaned of all debris and old rubber residue to prevent slippage and glazing. Inspect the belt periodically for signs of wear, such as cracking or reduced width, to avoid mid-ride failure.
