Product Description
Factory-original high-pressure front hydraulic brake line hose assembly. Transmits hydraulic fluid pressure directly from the handlebar front brake master cylinder down to the front brake caliper on first-generation Piaggio Hexagon 125cc and 150cc series scooters. Features factory-crimped end fittings for leak-free, high-pressure braking performance.

Fitment Details
Drain and bleed the hydraulic brake fluid system before removal. Disconnect the upper banjo fitting at the master cylinder and the lower fitting at the front brake caliper, replacing all copper crush washers with new M10 sealing rings upon reassembly. Route the hose through original frame and fork channels to prevent binding or rubbing during steering movement, torque fitting bolts to factory specification, refill with fresh DOT 4 fluid, and thoroughly bleed all air from the front braking system.
