Product Description
Factory-original high-pressure front hydraulic brake line hose assembly. Transmits hydraulic fluid pressure directly from the handlebar front brake master cylinder down to the front brake caliper on first- and second-generation Piaggio Hexagon maxi-scooter platforms. Features factory-crimped banjo fittings for leak-free, high-pressure braking performance.

Fitment Details
Drain and bleed the front hydraulic brake fluid system completely before removal. Disconnect the upper banjo bolt at the front brake master cylinder and the lower banjo bolt at the front wheel caliper assembly, ensuring copper sealing washers are replaced with new ones upon reassembly. Route the hose following the factory frame and fork guides to prevent rubbing or binding during suspension movement and steering lock. Torque banjo bolts to specification, refill with fresh DOT 4 brake fluid, and thoroughly bleed all air from the system.
