Product Description
Factory-original molded black rubber variator cooling bellows. Connects the transmission outer crankcase cover cooling duct directly to the frame chassis channel on mid-displacement 125cc, 200cc, and 250cc Leader and Quasar engine Piaggio GT maxi-scooters. Routes ambient cooling air into the transmission housing to control drive belt and variator operating temperatures while blocking water spray and debris.

Fitment Details
Slide the flexible rubber bellows onto the crankcase outer cover intake snout and align it with the inner frame air conduit. Ensure both sealing lips rest flush over their mounting flanges and secure firmly with the original wire retaining clamp to preserve a dust- and water-tight seal. Inspect regularly for heat cracking or dry rot to prevent unfiltered debris from entering the transmission housing.
