Product Description
Factory-original transmission variator roller weights set (6 pieces). Manufactured with precision-molded wear-resistant composite sleeves over metallic cores, weighted at 10.7 grams per roller (20.7x17mm). Regulates the centrifugal movement of the front driving pulley to optimize shift response and acceleration on 180cc–200cc Leader and 250cc–300cc Quasar engine platforms.

Fitment Details
Remove the transmission belt cover, holding the front drive pulley with a dedicated variator locking tool to undo the central crankshaft nut. Slide off the outer half-sheave and variator body, unbolt the rear ramp plate, and replace all 6 rollers simultaneously. Ensure the weighted core faces the direction of drive rotation, inspect slider guides for wear, and torque the crankshaft nut back to factory specification.
