Product Description
Factory-original high-pressure front hydraulic brake line hose assembly. Transmits hydraulic fluid pressure from the right handlebar front brake master cylinder down to the front single-disc brake caliper. Features factory-crimped banjo fittings for leak-free, consistent braking feel on telescopic front fork Piaggio Zip models.

Fitment Details
Drain and bleed the front hydraulic brake fluid system before disassembly. Disconnect the top banjo fitting at the master cylinder perch and the lower banjo fitting at the front brake caliper. Always replace copper sealing washers with new M10 sealing rings upon reassembly. Route the line through the original fork leg guides to avoid binding or chafing during steering lock, torque banjo bolts to factory specifications, refill with fresh DOT 4 brake fluid, and bleed all air from the system.
