Product Description
Factory-original flexible inner steel throttle cable (Pull / Cable A) housed in a protective low-friction sheath. Connects the handlebar twist-grip assembly directly to the carburetor butterfly/slide linkage on early 1980s Suzuki GS and GSX twin/four-cylinder motorcycle platforms.

Fitment Details
Remove the right handlebar throttle housing switch assembly to access the cable nipple. Unhook the old cable end from the throttle tube assembly and disconnect the lower end at the carburetor linkage wheel. Route the replacement cable following the original frame tube guides under the fuel tank to prevent binding or tight bends during full steering lock, adjust free play at the inline barrel adjuster, and verify smooth return spring action.
