5. Fitment Details
This is a direct OEM replacement. To ensure a professional and safe installation, always use new copper crush washers on both sides of the banjo bolt connections at the master cylinder and the brake caliper to prevent hydraulic fluid leaks. Once the hose is fitted, ensure it is routed correctly through all original frame guides and stays, providing enough slack for full steering lock without binding or stretching. Finally, the hydraulic system must be thoroughly bled of trapped air to achieve a consistent, firm brake lever feel.
