Honda Genuine factory multi-layer metallic cylinder head gasket (GASKET, CYLINDER HEAD). Engineered specifically for Honda's legendary 90° V-twin 250cc two-stroke sportbike series (KV3 model code) to maintain optimal compression seal and coolant passage isolation under high thermal loads and high-rpm operation. Manufactured in Japan to original Honda OEM factory tolerances.

Fitment & Technical Details

Direct OEM factory replacement cylinder head gasket. Ensure cylinder head and cylinder deck mating surfaces are meticulously cleaned, flat, and free of old gasket residue or oil prior to installation. Install dry without additional chemical sealants to maintain accurate squish clearance and proper compression sealing. Torque cylinder head nuts in a cross pattern to factory torque specification.
