Malaguti Genuine factory 150cc top-end cylinder barrel and piston assembly (CILINDRO C/PISTONE). Features the original factory cast cylinder barrel, 59.5mm diameter piston unit, piston rings, gudgeon pin, and circlips engineered specifically for the 4-stroke 150cc liquid-cooled Yamaha-Minarelli engine platform used in Malaguti Madison scooters.

Fitment & Technical Details
Installs directly onto the engine crankcase studs replacing the factory cylinder barrel. Ensure new top-end base and cylinder head gaskets are used during assembly, set piston ring end gaps correctly prior to insertion, and torque the cylinder head nuts to factory specifications in a cross-pattern sequence.
