Product Description

Malaguti Genuine factory standard bore (Ø 40mm) complete piston assembly (PISTONE COMPLETO). Manufactured for Minarelli 50cc 2-stroke air and liquid-cooled engine platforms, this OEM engine rebuild kit includes the light-alloy piston (Selection B / 40.00mm), standard piston rings, 10mm gudgeon wrist pin, and retaining circlips.

Fitment & Technical Details

Designed for 40.00mm standard cylinder bore sizes using a 10mm gudgeon wrist pin. Ensure cylinder barrel walls are thoroughly inspected and honed before installation. Position the piston ring gaps 120 degrees apart and ensure the arrow marker on the piston crown faces towards the exhaust port during cylinder reassembly.
