Fitment & Technical Details
Designed to provide a complete seal for full engine rebuilds, crankcase splits, or top-and-bottom overhaul projects. Clean all aluminum crankcase, clutch cover, cylinder, and cylinder head mating surfaces thoroughly to remove all old gasket material and grease before installation. Install gaskets dry or with a light coat of non-hardening gasket sealant on crankcase center joints. Torque all crankcase and cylinder head bolts in a cross pattern to factory specifications (head nuts: 10–12 Nm; case bolts: 7–9 Nm).
