Product Description

Piaggio Genuine factory intake reed valve block assembly (Valvola Lamellare). Installed between the intake manifold rubber union and the engine crankcase mouth, it features vulcanized rubber sealing faces and flexible fiber/metal reed petals that maintain one-way fuel/air charge flow into the crankcase.

Fitment & Technical Details

Legacy 6-digit reference 479285, fully superseded across master dealer catalogs by part numbers 82775R, 82727R, and 830185. Secures to the upper crankcase intake port using two M6 socket-head bolts beneath the rubber intake manifold flange. Always install a new intake reed valve base gasket (285080 / 82774R) to prevent crankcase air leaks.
