Product Description
Brand new official Piaggio factory gearbox cover housing. Manufactured from high-strength die-cast aluminum alloy with precision-machined mating surfaces, dowel pin locations, and pre-installed high-load transmission shaft bearings and oil seals. Engineered to seal the final drive gear compartment, maintain rigid shaft alignment under high torque loads, and prevent gear oil leakage across urban and touring riding conditions.

Fitment & Technical Details
Remove the CVT transmission cover, clutch assembly, and rear wheel. Drain the final drive gear oil, unbolt the perimeter casing screws, and carefully tap off the old gearbox cover. Clean the crankcase mating surface thoroughly, install a fresh paper gasket or sealant film, slide the new gearbox cover with its pre-installed bearing squarely over the gear shafts, torque all mounting bolts evenly to factory specifications, and refill the gearbox with fresh SAE 85W-90 gear oil.
