Fitment & Technical Details
Safely elevate the front of the scooter and secure the chassis. Disconnect the hydraulic brake line from the caliper, placing a catch rag underneath to collect residual brake fluid and sealing washers. Unbolt the two caliper mounting bolts from the fork leg bracket (noting the 44mm center-to-center spacing). Slide the new 600734 caliper assembly over the front brake disc, secure it to the fork bracket using correct torque specifications, attach the brake line using a fresh M10 x 1.0 crush washer, bleed the hydraulic circuit thoroughly with fresh DOT 4 brake fluid, and verify firm lever pressure before operation.
