Piaggio Genuine factory intake reed valve block assembly (Valvola Lamellare). Designed specifically for early-generation big-bore 125cc–180cc 2-stroke Maxi-scooter crankcase induction systems, housing flexible reed petals to regulate intake mixture flow into the lower engine case.

Fitment & Technical Details
Early production 6-digit part reference 485624, officially updated across Piaggio Group master systems to 82774R (and superseded in shared applications by 82775R / 486353). Mounts directly into the upper crankcase intake port beneath the rubber intake manifold manifold flange. Inspect reed petal sealing edges and always fit a fresh reed valve base gasket (285080) during installation.
