Product Description
Piaggio Genuine factory stator assembly (magneto generator coil set). Precision-wound copper wire coils mounted to the base plate, complete with factory wiring harness, rubber grommet, and multi-pin connector plug. Engineered to generate electrical power for ignition charging, battery charging, and lighting systems across high-performance two-stroke and four-stroke Piaggio engine architectures.

Fitment & Technical Details
Direct factory OEM replacement stator coil assembly. Disconnect the battery, remove the cooling fan, flywheel cover, and flywheel using a proper flywheel puller tool. Unbolt the old stator plate from the crankcase and unplug the wiring harness connector. Install the new stator 639865, aligning the pickup coil gap and backing plate timing marks precisely with the factory crankcase alignment notches. Torque the backing plate screws to specification (typically 8–10 Nm), route the wiring harness away from rotating components, and secure the rubber crankcase grommet with high-temp silicone sealant to prevent oil leaks.
