Fitment & Technical Details
Direct factory OEM replacement flywheel rotor. Inspect the crankshaft tapered seating surface and Woodruff key to ensure they are completely clean, dry, and free of burrs or oil. Slide the Woodruff key securely into the crankshaft slot, align the flywheel keyway groove with the key, and slide the rotor straight onto the taper. Install the center retaining nut and torque it to factory specifications (typically 40–45 Nm) using a proper piston stopper or flywheel holding tool to prevent rotation. Verify that the rotor spins freely without rubbing against the stator coils.
