Manufactured with precision-cut internal gear teeth and a durable weather-sealed housing designed to fit standard 16mm front wheel axles. Fitment & Technical Details
Safely elevate and support the front of the scooter, remove the front wheel axle nut, and slide out the 16mm front wheel axle. Remove the front wheel, pull out the old speedometer drive unit from the wheel hub slot, and clean any accumulated brake dust or old grease. Lightly pack the new gear housing with fresh multi-purpose bearing grease, align the internal drive tabs with the wheel hub notches, slide the unit onto the 16mm axle path, and reinstall the front wheel, ensuring the anchor tab seats correctly against the fork leg stop before torquing the axle nut to factory specification.
