Product Description

Genuine fuel-resistant flexible rubber return hose (Tubo Ritorno). Connects the fuel injection pressure regulator/rail output back to the fuel tank assembly on 500cc MASTER engine maxi-scooters, routing excess fuel back to the tank to maintain stable fuel pressure.

Fitment & Technical Details

Replaces earlier revision part 576759. Pre-shaped NBR fuel hose designed specifically to handle pressurized unleaded fuel and engine bay heat without swelling or degrading. Secures onto the tank fuel pump flange return union using factory spring hose clamps (232230). Ensure the line is routed clear of the rear engine pivot movement during installation.
