Product Description

Piaggio Genuine factory intake reed valve block assembly (Valvola Lamellare). Positioned between the intake manifold and the crankcase, it controls the incoming 2-stroke air-fuel mixture flow into the crankcase chamber via flexible metal/fiber reed petals.

Fitment & Technical Details

Early production 6-digit part number 486353, updated across modern Piaggio Group systems to 82775R, 82727R, and 830185. Mounts directly into the crankcase intake opening beneath the rubber intake manifold using two M6 bolts. Always replace the intake base gasket (285080 / 82774R) and check for reed petal seating light gaps during installation.
