Product Description
This is a genuine, factory-original rear hydraulic shock absorber designed for Piaggio Liberty maxi-scooter platforms. Built as a single-chamber damper with a heavy-duty chrome coil spring wrapped around a black body, it manages rear stability and dampens road vibrations. The center-to-center mounting length is 313mm, featuring an M8 threaded upper stud and a 30mm x 10mm lower fork mount.

Fitment Details
Support the scooter on its center stand and support the engine case to prevent the rear wheel assembly from dropping. Access the top M8 mounting nut through the under-seat storage compartment panel, then unbolt the lower M10 mount from the transmission casing. Always inspect the upper silent block rubber damper and replace it if it shows deep cracking or flattening. Apply a light layer of waterproof grease on the lower mounting bolt before assembly to ease future removal and prevent corrosion.
