Product Description Vintage Japanese aftermarket TKR top-end engine gasket set (TOP GASKET SET) manufactured by Takara Auto Parts Co., Ltd. / Sinwa Packing M.F.G. in Japan. Engineered as a period-correct, high-quality Japanese aftermarket alternative for early 1960s Honda 125cc OHC twin-cylinder platforms. The kit includes the primary cylinder head gasket, cylinder base gasket, valve cover seals, manifold gaskets, and essential top-end O-rings sealed on factory cardboard backer board.

Fitment & Technical Details
Designed to seal the top-end cylinder head, barrel joint, and valve train covers during engine rebuilds or top-end overhauls. Clean all mating surfaces on the aluminum cylinder head and cast iron cylinder block thoroughly to remove old gasket residue before installation. Ensure dry assembly or apply a thin coat of non-hardening gasket dressing around oil pass-through channels as specified in the early Honda Benly service manual. Torque cylinder head nuts in a cross-pattern sequence to factory specifications (18–20 Nm).
