Fitment & Installation Details
Before mounting, ensure the variator and clutch pulleys are completely free of old rubber residue or belt dust. Compress the secondary sheave spring to create sufficient slack, allowing the belt to seat deep into the pulley groove. After installation, rotate the rear wheel by hand to ensure the belt is properly centered and tensioned before initial startup.
