Brand new 0.25mm oversize replacement piston kit for classic Yamaha 50cc two-stroke air-cooled models. Precision-manufactured by Nippon as a direct replacement component, this complete kit includes the domed, windowed piston, matching piston rings, wrist pin, and circlips. Ideal for boring and rebuilding a worn cylinder back to proper compression tolerances.

Fitment & Technical Details
Ensure the cylinder is professionally bored and honed to match the 0.25mm oversize piston clearance specifications. Clean all components thoroughly before assembly. Install the piston rings into the land grooves, ensuring proper end-gap alignment around the locating pins. Lubricate the wrist pin and small-end bearing with clean two-stroke oil, insert the pin securely through the connecting rod, and snap the circlips completely into their respective grooves to prevent internal engine failure.
