Yamaha Genuine factory primary variator weight roller (WEIGHT). Precision-engineered weight roller for the primary sliding sheave assembly on Yamaha 125cc–250cc automatic transmission platforms. Features a durable low-friction composite outer sleeve over a brass core to ensure smooth CVT upshifting and downshifting without flat-spotting.

Fitment & Technical Details

Requires 8 rollers per primary sheave assembly on 250cc engines or 6 rollers on 125cc engines, manufactured to standard 20mm x 12mm factory specifications. Installed inside the primary sliding sheave pockets, rollers should always be replaced as a complete full set to prevent unbalanced variator rotation, uneven belt wear, and engine vibration.
