Fitment & Technical Details
Remove the cylinder head and cylinder block carefully. Clean carbon deposits from the piston crown and ring grooves. Check end-gap clearances inside the cylinder bore before installation. Fit the new rings into their respective piston grooves, ensuring the locating pin gaps align correctly with the ring stop pins, lubricate with fresh 2-stroke engine oil, compress gently, and slide the cylinder sleeve down over the piston.
