Product Description

Factory-original stamped steel upper engine mounting stay bracket (Yamaha designation: Stay, Rear Upper) in factory gloss black finish -33. Mounts directly between the main frame chassis and the upper cylinder head/engine casing to brace the engine block against chassis flex on vintage 50cc and 80cc Chappy moped platforms.

Fitment Details

Attaches to the rear upper frame cross-member and upper engine mount using factory M8 hex bolts (90109-08386 / 97013-08016) and lock nuts. Ensure correct bushing positioning before torquing to maintain rigid engine geometry and reduce vibration transmission.
