Product Description
Yamaha Genuine factory kick starter return spring guide sleeve (GUIDE, SPRING). Precision-molded internal engine guide sleeve engineered to seat and align the kick starter torsion return spring inside the crankcase assembly. Manufactured in Japan under original Yamaha Motor OEM specifications specifically for vintage 50cc–80cc 2-stroke moped, utility, and mini-bike platforms (1W7 model prefix).

Fitment & Technical Details
Direct OEM internal engine replacement component. Slides onto the kick starter shaft hub inside the crankcase cover to house the torsion spring leg. Always inspect the kick shaft oil seal and torsion spring tension during reassembly, and apply clean 2-stroke gear oil to the guide sleeve prior to installation.
