Yamaha Genuine factory front drum brake control cable (CABLE, BRAKE). Features a high-tensile inner steel wire encased in a heavy-duty black protective outer sheath with factory-molded rubber boot sleeves, knurled adjuster hardware, and end fittings. Engineered specifically for late-1970s Yamaha DT dual-purpose 2-stroke trail bikes (2N6 model prefix) equipped with front drum brake hubs. Manufactured in Japan by Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd.

Fitment & Technical Details
Direct OEM replacement front brake cable. Route through original frame and fork triple-clamp wire guides to ensure free steering movement without binding. Apply light cable lubricant to the inner wire prior to installation and adjust brake lever free play at the lower front hub adjuster barrel.
