Fitment & Technical Details
Ensure the fuel tank is completely drained and safely removed from the motorcycle in a well-ventilated area free from sparks or open flames. Unscrew and remove the old fuel petcock from the tank mounting studs or threaded bung, taking care to discard the old sealing washer/o-ring and clear any residual sealant or debris from the tank mating surface. Install a new sealing gasket, align the 25L-24500-00 genuine fuel cock assembly with the reserve tube pointing correctly into the tank reservoir, and tighten the mounting nuts or center fixing bolt evenly to prevent fuel leakage. Reconnect the fuel lines securely using spring clamps.
