Product Description
This is a genuine Yamaha factory replacement handlebar. Manufactured from high-grade structural steel tubing with precision-engineered bends, welded switch-locating pinholes, and a durable corrosion-resistant black finish. It is built to exact factory dimensional tolerances, ensuring correct sweep, pull-back height, and clearance for all control cables, hydraulic brake/clutch lines, and switchgear pods without binding or tension issues during steering lock articulation.

Fitment & Technical Details
Direct OEM bolt-on replacement. Installation requires careful transfer of the left and right handlebar switch assemblies, master cylinders, clutch perch, and throttle housing assembly. Note the alignment locator pins on the switch cubes that correspond to drilled holes in the factory bar. Ensure all wiring harnesses and throttle cables maintain correct routing path clearance behind the headlight cowl and front fork triple clamps to prevent pinching or restriction at full steering lock. Upper handlebar holder clamp bolts should be torqued evenly in a criss-cross pattern to factory specifications.
