Product Description
Genuine precision-machined oversized bronze/alloy intake valve guide (Guide, Intake Valve 1 O/S). Engineered to a +0.10mm outer diameter oversize spec, this part is used during engine overhauls when the original cylinder head valve guide bore has been reamed or expanded during extraction of worn factory guides on 5-valve Genesis 4-cylinder engines.

Fitment Details
Requires thermal expansion fitting into the cylinder head (heating the aluminum cylinder head and chilling the guide) followed by careful press-fitting with an OEM valve guide driver. After installation, the inner bore must be reamed to precise stem clearance before fitting the valve stem oil seal (1AA-12119-00) and retaining circlip (93440-09141).
