Drain engine oil, remove the lower oil pan/crankcase cover, and unbolt the old strainer housing. Clean the mating surfaces completely, replace the O-rings or gaskets, and torque the new 3KS-13412-00 housing bolts evenly to factory specifications.Verification: Housing seats flush against the oil pump gallery with zero gasket pinching, ensuring proper oil suction pressure upon startup.
