Product Description
Yamaha Genuine factory exhaust muffler joint gasket (GASKET, MUFFLER). High-density compressed wire-mesh and graphite sealing ring engineered under the 3VD model prefix code specifically for high-output parallel-twin and multi-cylinder four-stroke exhaust junctions. Designed to withstand high thermal expansion cycles and prevent exhaust gas leakage at slip-fit collector joints. Manufactured in Japan under strict Yamaha OEM standards.

Fitment & Technical Details
Direct factory OEM exhaust sealing gasket. Slips over the header collector pipe or into the muffler inlet sleeve prior to assembly. Ensure old gasket residue is completely cleaned out of the socket before installing the new ring. Do not use liquid silicone sealants unless specified, as compression sealing relies on clean metal-to-graphite contact.
