Product Description

Yamaha Genuine factory kickstart shaft collar spacer (SPACER). Precision-machined hardened steel thrust collar designed to fit over the kickstart axle shaft inside the right-hand crankcase cover. It maintains exact axial alignment and thrust clearance for the kickstart ratchet gear mechanism, preventing lateral movement and gear binding during manual kickstart lever operation.

Fitment & Technical Details

Slides directly onto the kickstart axle shaft inside the right crankcase / clutch housing. Inspect the adjacent kick shaft return spring, ratchet gear teeth, and outer oil seal for wear prior to engine reassembly. Coat internal bore surface with clean engine oil upon installation.
