Precision-machined from high-tensile hardened steel with a factory corrosion-resistant protective finish, this specialized M14-threaded fastener features an integrated wide-flange washer base to evenly distribute clamping load across the upper triple clamp / steering stem shaft assembly.

Fitment & Technical Details

Installs directly into the steering crown / top triple clamp stem shaft threads. Always clean the internal stem threads and apply the manufacturer-specified torque during installation to maintain front fork and steering shaft alignment without over-stressing aluminum crown casting threads.

Fitment Details

When installing brake disc bolts, it is mandatory to clean the threads of both the bolt and the wheel hub. Apply a medium-strength thread locker (such as Loctite 243) to the threads to prevent loosening due to thermal expansion and vibration. Always tighten these bolts in a cross-pattern to the torque specification listed in your service manual to ensure even clamping pressure on the rotor.
