Product Description
This is a genuine Yamaha factory complete exhaust muffler system. Engineered specifically for legendary 2-stroke underbone commuter mopeds, it features stamped multi-chamber steel construction with an integrated expansion/silencing box, chrome-plated exterior tail finish (where applicable), and exact internal baffling to maintain proper back-pressure, quiet acoustic levels, and low-end torque performance for small-displacement utility engines.

Fitment & Technical Details
Direct OEM bolt-on replacement system. Installation requires unbolting the exhaust header collar flange from the cylinder exhaust port and releasing the rear mounting stay bracket from the swingarm/frame boss. Always replace the copper or graphite exhaust port gasket during reassembly to eliminate blow-by leaks that can carbon-foul the cylinder head or burn out the port rim. Apply high-temperature thread compound on the exhaust studs, and torque the flange nuts evenly.
