Fitment & Technical Details
Disassemble the valve cover, rocker arms, and camshaft assembly following factory service manual guidelines. Press out the worn or scored legacy bushing from its cylinder head housing bore using an appropriate driver tool. Clean the journal housing thoroughly, freeze the new 90380-25125 solid bush or warm the aluminum housing slightly for smooth installation, press the new bushing in squarely ensuring oil feed holes are perfectly aligned, ream or measure inner diameter clearance if required, and lubricate thoroughly with clean engine assembly oil prior to camshaft reinstallation.
