Item Description
Brand new official Yamaha factory carburetor inlet manifold joint designed for high-performance multi-cylinder powerplants. Precision-molded from high-grade, fuel- and heat-resistant synthetic rubber bonded to a reinforced metal mounting flange. Ensures an airtight seal between the cylinder head and carburetors, preventing vacuum leaks and maintaining proper fuel-air mixture stability under high thermal stress and heavy vibration.

Fitment & Technical Details
Position the motorcycle securely on its center stand on a clean, stable workspace. Remove the seat, side panels, and fuel tank, then detach the carburetor assembly to gain clear access to the cylinder head intake ports. Unbolt the securing fasteners of the old intake manifolds, clean the cylinder head mounting surface thoroughly, and inspect for old gasket material or debris. Install new O-rings or gaskets, align the 3LD-13586-01 genuine intake joint to the correct orientation, tighten the mounting bolts evenly to factory torque specs, and remount the carburetors securely.
