Product Description

Yamaha Genuine factory fuel petcock internal valve repair set (FUEL COCK VALVE SET). Engineered with fuel-resistant nitrile/fluororubber seals and high-tensile internal components, this original maintenance kit includes the vacuum control diaphragm, rubber selector disc/gasket, and internal seals to restore vacuum-operated automatic fuel shut-off function and eliminate external or internal fuel leaks on vintage Yamaha street models.

Fitment & Technical Details

Installs directly inside the vacuum-operated factory fuel petcock body. Clean all internal varnish and debris from the petcock housing channels before installing new rubber valve components. Ensure the internal vacuum spring is seated squarely against the diaphragm backing plate during assembly to prevent vacuum leaks or unmetered fuel bypass.
