Product Description

Yamaha Genuine factory inner clutch friction disc (PLATE, FRICTION 2). Engineered with heat-resistant organic friction material bonded to a high-tensile stamped steel core ring, this specialized friction plate features custom tab positioning designed to seat against the inner clutch boss spring (1HX-16383-00) inside multi-plate wet clutch packs.

Fitment & Technical Details

Seats as the inner friction plate adjacent to the clutch boss cushion spring ring (1HX-16383-00) inside the clutch basket. Always soak new friction plates in fresh 4-stroke engine/transmission oil for a minimum of 15–20 minutes prior to installation to ensure smooth initial engagement and prevent immediate surface glazing.
