Fitment & Technical Details
Work in a clean, well-ventilated workspace free from fuel vapors and fire hazards. Remove the carburetor from the machine, invert it, and carefully unbolt the float chamber bowl. Drive out the small pivot pin holding the old float arm, lift out the old unit, and inspect the float needle valve tip and seat for wear. Position the new 2N7-14185-00 genuine float assembly into place, slide the pivot pin through the bracket, and verify that the float moves freely without binding. Measure and adjust the float height precisely according to factory specifications before securing the bowl.
